After a pretty long Hiatus from blogging, I am back and will be writing throughout the summer.  This summer, I am interning for Shell Oil Company in Houston, but have a lot of topics to write about that I didn’t have the time/energy to write about during this past semester.  I’ll be living in an apartment, so I’m sure there will be lots of food pictures as I teach myself how to cook and not get food poisoning from undercooked foods.   I have lots of lists, pictures and posts so stay tuned.
